We charge a flat fee of $695* to handle your no-fault – uncontested divorce which includes all attorneys fees, court filing fees and mailing costs.  No extra costs!

We do all the work – complete document  preparation, certified mail service, calculation of appropriate time periods and filing all documents with the court.  You don’t even have to go to court.

We don’t just sell you the forms and a list of instructions. We are a law firm that will professionally handle your divorce for you. Many websites offer a “cheap divorce”, but you have to complete the forms yourself, figure out which forms need to be filed in your particular case, file all documents with the court yourself and pay the filing fees yourself ($210 in Allegheny County)…and hope you did it right or you will have to start all over again.  Other websites may be cheaper but they are just selling you the forms and a set of instructions, we handle the process correctly for you.

Here are a few of the benefits of using the Pennsylvania Fast divorce service:

Our attorney will prepare your uncontested Pennsylvania fast divorce paperwork in less than 2 business days (often the same day) and email it to you for your review or you can come to the office and meet with the attorney.  All of your documents will be uploaded on our ONLINE CASE FILE SYSTEM, available 24/7.

Once you have signed your no fault divorce paperwork our firm will file for your divorce and will go to court for you – you will not have to attend court.

Here is how our system works:

Once we have your information and you have paid the flat-fee, an attorney will draft the appropriate no fault divorce papers and email a copy to you for your review within 2 business days (often sooner) or you can come to the office and meet with the attorney and go over the documents.  We will send the No-Fault Divorce Complaint to your spouse via certified mail or you can arrange for faster service with documents we provide.  We will file the Proof of Service to show the court that the Divorce Complaint was served on your spouse.  We file with the court  the appropriate additional documents depending on your particular case.  We then request that the court grant the divorce.

If both spouses agree on getting a no fault divorce and have no property or alimony issues, or have already resolved those issues, the uncontested no-fault divorce service we offer is a cheap and hassle-free option for obtaining a divorce.

How long will this take?

Once the divorce is served on the other party (usually by certified mail) the process takes a little over 3 months.  There is a 90 waiting period (from when the divorce complaint is served on your spouse) in most cases unless you have already been separated for a period of over 1 year.  If you have already been separated for over 1 year you can be divorced in as little as 30 days.

What is the process for an uncontested divorce?

An Attorney will file the no fault divorce papers with the court and serve them on your spouse via certified mail at the address you provide us or your spouse may accept service by signing a form we provide or you may have someone serve your spouse and complete a form we provide.  We will then file the appropriate motion to get you divorced … and you will be divorced within approximately 10 to 15 days.

*Note: This flat-fee uncontested no fault cheap divorce service provides you with a decree in divorce issued by the court if both husband and wife agree.  This fee does not include representation for property rights, alimony, child custody or child support. If you have those issues or are not sure if you have those issues, please contact our firm for a free consultation.  Additional fees may apply if your spouse refuses to accept service , cannot be found or contests the granting of a divorce.  Your spouse must be willing to sign a consent form or you must have been separated for at least 2 years and your spouse must not contest the granting of the cheap divorce.

Disclaimer: Please understand that the entry of a divorce judgment will terminate any claims you may have to post-separation support, alimony and equitable distribution. If you have not settled these claims in a separation agreement or properly filed them with the court before the judgment of divorce, then you lose the right to make any of those claims. Of course, our firm can assist you with any and all of these claims as well. If you do not have any of these issues, our firm will gladly assist you and proceed with procuring your no-contest Pennsylvania fast divorce.
